Event Details

Enjoy live music by The Vultees and Big T & The Growlers while overlooking the spectacular views of Serpent lake at Cuyuna Lakes Chamber’s Music in the Park event on Thursday, June 27. The free, family fun event will feature music, food, games and more at Crosby’s Memorial Park from 5 to 8 p.m.

Sponsored by Mid Minnesota Federal Credit Union, the event will include games for the kids and cool refreshments.

The Jessie F. Hallett Memorial Library Friends will be handing out free children’s books to youth attending and Shift Integrative Medicine will have a booth promoting wellness

The Vultees are a rock duo formed by guitarist Duncan Vinje & drummer Jon Schulte that captures the cross between the blues and grit of alternative rock and roll with a hint of singer-songwriter qualities.

Big T & the Growlers are a fun to listen to band playing a variety of music styles. Such as Folk Rock, Country, Reggae, Rhythm and Blues. The collection of cover songs is a mix of old classics and new chart- toppers.

The Iron Range Eatery will be serving food and refreshments and Minnesnota Shave Ice will also be serving snow cones during the event, so come hungry and enjoy the music!

Music in the Park continues the second and fourth Thursday evenings June through August from 5 to 8 p.m. Those attending are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets and sit back and enjoy live music while overlooking the spectacular views of Serpent Lake.
