Music line-up on Fourth of July in Crosby An awesome music line-up for the Fourth of July is planned at the bandshell at Crosby Memorial Park on Serpent Lake. Blue Collar Sound has arranged for live music from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Those performing are: —“lolah” from 3 to 4 p.m. —“Audio Cowboys” from 4:30 to 5:45 p.m. —“Jacked” from 6:15 to 8:30 p.m. —“Version 5” from 9 to 10 p.m. The famous beer garden is offered to those 21 and older as well as many other concessions in the park are offered. The Crosby Fire Department sponsors the event.
Crosby’s Kiddie Parade on 4th - The Crosby Fire Department Auxiliary is hosting its annual Kiddie Parade along Main Street in Crosby. The Kiddie parade will begin at 10:30 a.m.Entrants are asked to be on the street between the post office and the former Heartland Cafe (Second Avenue NW) by 10 a.m. The route will take you down Main Street ending by SuperOne.
First place is a $30 certificate, second place wins a $20 certificate and third place, a $10 certificate. All particpants receive a freezie.

Tickets available for Fourth of July raffle
The Crosby Fire Department Auxiliary is hosting its annual 4th of July Raffle.
Tickets are a $1 donation and you need not be present to win:
—$1,000 cash, first prize.
—$200 cash, second prize.
—$100 cash, third prize.
—A one year subscription to the Crosby-Ironton Courier ($50 value includes mailed subscription and online version, fourth prize.
You must be 18 years or older to purchase a ticket. Tickets are available from any Crosby Fire Department member or auxiliary member, C-I Courier and various area businesses. Gambling license #X-04317.
